In Country Clash, you need to spot your flag in a split second. That is not always easy: some countries have flags that are almost twins. Here is how to tell them apart.
Both flags use only red and white, in two horizontal stripes. The difference is the order: Indonesia has red on top, Poland has white on top. Turn one upside down and you get the other.
Two vertical tricolors with green, white and orange. Ireland starts with green next to the flagpole; Ivory Coast starts with orange. On a round flag ball, look at the left side first.
Both use the Pan-African colors green, yellow and red in vertical stripes, but in opposite order. Mali starts with green, Guinea starts with red. Senegal uses the same colors as Mali and adds a green star in the middle.
Red, white, red. Austria uses a bright red and three equal stripes. Latvia uses a dark carmine red and a thinner white band in the middle.
Both have a Nordic cross: a cross pushed toward the flagpole. The colors are swapped. Norway is red with a blue cross outlined in white. Iceland is blue with a red cross outlined in white. Denmark, Sweden and Finland use the same Nordic cross with their own colors.
Colombia has three horizontal stripes: yellow, blue and red, with the yellow taking the whole top half. Ecuador uses the same layout but adds a coat of arms in the middle, and Venezuela has three equal stripes with an arc of white stars. A plain double yellow band means Colombia.
When two flags look too similar, players can't follow the action. That is why, in Country Clash, each team's territory always gets a clearly different color, even when the two flags share the same colors.
